• Artisanal bread: Our bread is the star of every bite. Baked daily nearby at the Le Bon Pain bakery in Brussels, it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every bite is an explosion of flavor.
  • Le Charlie: truffle mayonnaise, crispy bacon, spicy cheese, pickles and sweet tomato.
  • Le Yanis: falafel mixed with hummus, cucumber, tomato and fresh salad.
• Comforting soup: For those seeking comfort, we offer a selection of soups of the day, cooked in Jonathan’s pots, founder of BioSoupe (https://www.biosoupe.be/). Each spoonful is a fusion of organic ingredients that evokes both tradition and freshness.
• Organic coffee: As coffee lovers, we know the importance of a great cup. Whether you want a bold espresso to wake up, a creamy cappuccino to relax, or a latte macchiato for something milder, we’ve got you. We serve freshly brewed organic coffee so every sip showcases the purity of the beans.
• Coffee of the month: Our coffee of the month is MOKA 100% Arabica, with cocoa and nutty notes, freshly roasted by Torrefactory Coffee (https://torrefactory.coffee/) in Mont Saint‑Gibert.
